Use of Service
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Upscaler for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of our service
- Upload images that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Resell or redistribute our service without permission
- Generate, upload, or attempt to generate any not-safe-for-work (NSFW), sexually explicit, or adult content
Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Content
AI Upscaler is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible platform. We strictly prohibit the use of our service to generate, upload, process, or distribute any of the following prohibited content categories:
Prohibited Content Categories
Sexual and Adult Content (NSFW)
Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content, including but not limited to: nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, adult material, and sexually explicit text.
Violence and Graphic Content
Content depicting graphic violence, gore, injuries, self-harm, or any content designed to glorify or promote violence.
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that attacks individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, gender, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, or other protected characteristics.
Child Safety Violations
Any content involving minors in inappropriate, unsafe, or exploitative situations. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that endangers children.
Deepfakes and Impersonation
Synthetic media that realistically portrays someone (real or fictional) doing or saying something they did not do, created to deceive or mislead, particularly for defamation, fraud, or impersonation purposes.
Copyright and Trademark Infringement
Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others without proper authorization or licensing.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in: (1) Immediate content removal; (2) Account suspension or permanent termination; (3) Legal action where applicable; (4) Reporting to relevant authorities and law enforcement agencies.
User Reporting & Moderation Process
We take safety and compliance seriously. To report prohibited content:
How to Report
If you encounter any prohibited content on our platform, please report it to our support team at support@aiupscaler.org with specific details including: (1) Description of the prohibited content; (2) Where the content was found (feature, timestamp, or generation ID); (3) Why you believe it violates our policy.
Our Review Process
Upon receiving a report, our moderation team will: (1) Acknowledge your report within 24 hours; (2) Conduct a thorough review of the reported content; (3) Take appropriate action within 48 hours if a violation is confirmed; (4) Notify you of the outcome and actions taken.
Safety Measures
We employ both automated AI content filters and human moderators to continuously scan for prohibited content. Violations are immediately flagged, investigated, and reported to appropriate authorities when required by law.

Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if: (1) You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase; (2) You have not used more than 20% of your purchased credits; (3) The service failed to perform as described.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@aiupscaler.org with your transaction details and reason for refund. Our team will review your request and process refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Credits used or partially used for service processing
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Services that have been fully delivered as described
- User violations of our Terms and Conditions

Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images for the sole purpose of providing the upscaling service.

By using our service, you understand the specific AI models that power each feature and acknowledge the technology behind the processing of your images.
Image Processing and Storage
When you upload an image to our service:
- Your image is temporarily stored on our servers for processing
- The image is processed using our AI upscaling technology
- Both original and upscaled images are automatically deleted after a reasonable period
- We do not use your images to train our AI models without explicit consent
Service Availability
We strive to provide consistent and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AI Upscaler is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- The quality or accuracy of upscaled images
- The service will meet your specific requirements
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- Any errors in the service will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Upscaler and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
